Our methodology

In Better Together we use a 4-phase process based on Design Thinking that provides tools to develop competencies through the resolution of challenges. People trained in Design for Change (DFC) apply and adapt it according to their needs.
During the DFC process, and always as a group, each child or young person feels what worries him/her about the proposed topic and, through a succession of divergences, convergences and syntheses, all together choose a common focus of action, which they then transform into a challenge. Then, everyone imagines solutions that are put together through brainstorming, choose one among all, prototype it, share the result with other groups and learn the importance of giving and receiving correct feedback. Once finished, the students act by elaborating an action plan, that is, not remaining in the “there is that” or in the theoretical knowledge. Finally, they share the result of the experience with the world.

By implementing the DFC Methodology, children and young people develop awareness that change is possible and that they can lead it. Dare to revolutionize your classroom!
